This brand new event is meant to continue NCSEA's commitment to support the SEAs by providing you SOLUTIONS you can bring back to your SEA. The program will consist of interactive sessions and workshops focused on tools your SEA can implement to succeed. Delegates and SEA Leadership (presidents, vice presidents, executive directors, board and committee members) are invited to attend.
Key takeaways will include:
Membership: How do you increase your membership while keeping your members active and engaged? These interactive sessions will help you better define the value of your SEA, and help you and your SEA attract and retain members.
Meeting Planning: As one of your SEA’s most visible and tangible member benefits, these events need to be exciting, while engaging attendees before, during and after. What topics should be covered? Should they be presentation-focused or tours? What time of day? How long? A leader in association management will discuss these questions and help you think about your SEA and what might work best.
SEA Operations: Is your SEA’s engine running efficiently? Is your insurance coverage efficient? Are your committees active? Are you training the next generation of leaders? Is your organization set up for today’s challenging environment? Bring home ideas on how to manage your SEA's daily, monthly, and yearly to-do list more effectively by ensuring your SEA’s operations meet your SEA’s needs.
Marketing & Outreach: One of the greatest opportunities for your SEA to make a difference is outreach. Is your SEA active in public outreach? Do you deliver presentations to local schools on structural engineering? Does your SEA have an active social media presence? An expert in association marketing will lead this interactive session to help your SEA build its outreach initiatives.
Committee Chair Collaboration: Meet and interact with NCSEA Committee Chairs to better understand how your SEA can interact with national committees.
