The NCSEA Compensation & Benefits Study offers both structural engineer individuals and firms unparalleled insights into compensation, benefits, workplace trends, and more. NCSEA invites all structural engineers to participate in the survey. Please spend 30-45 minutes to complete the individual survey. Survey questions cover a range of topics, including salary, benefits, PTO, retirement policies, and job satisfaction.
Note: NCSEA is conducting a firm-level survey, which is accessible via a link provided directly by the association. If your firm’s leaders or HR personnel have not received a firm survey link, please email ncsea@ncsea.com with “Send Me Firm Survey” as the subject line to ensure your firm’s participation.
The SE3 survey will still be conducted on a regular basis, and the studies will complement each other well.
