Vinay Damam, PE, is a Senior Field Engineer at DEWALT, serving the Midwest region and specializing in cast-in and post-installed anchoring connections. With over 7 years of experience in the structural engineering industry, Vinay collaborates closely with engineers and end-users, providing training and support with a focus on safety, code compliance and correct installation procedures. Vinay holds a Master’s degree in Civil & Environmental engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin. He is an active member of SEAOI, SEAWI, MNSEA, SEAON, and SEAKM.
