This year, the NCSEA Foundation Diversity in Structural Engineering Scholarship Program will award more than $60,000 to structural engineering students who identify as historically underrecognized (including but not limited to Black/African American, Native/Indigenous, Hispanic/Latino, Asian, Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander, LGBTQIA+, as well as veterans and those with disabilities). Scholarships are presented annually to junior college students, undergraduate students and/or graduate students pursuing degrees in structural engineering.

Eligibility requirements:
- Currently enrolled in junior college, undergraduate, or graduate school and will be registered in the fall term of 2024,
- Has a focused career interest in structural engineering (to be defined in the personal statement) and/or is actively pursuing a structural engineering degree,
- Will employ the scholarship to continue their formal education at a recognized educational institution.
