The National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA) is pleased to announce its 2025-2026 Board of Directors, who will lead the organization’s efforts to advance the structural engineering profession. Each term begins April 1 and concludes March 31 of the following year. 

Leadership Transitions and New Board Members 

Jami Lorenz, P.E., of Haselden Construction and the Structural Engineers Association of Montana, serves as the new President of the NCSEA Board, bringing a wealth of leadership experience to the position. Brian Petruzzi, P.E., of Meta and the Structural Engineers Association of Metropolitan Washington, will transition into the role of Vice President, while Ken O’Dell, S.E., of MHP, Inc. Structural Engineers and the Structural Engineers Association of Southern California will begin his second year at Secretary. Cervente D. Sudduth, P.E., ENV SP, of DuBois Consultants, Inc. and the Structural Engineers Association of Kansas & Missouri, will now serve as Treasurer after a two-year stint as Director.

A special thank-you goes to Christopher Cerino, P.E. (STV, Inc./Structural Engineers Association of New York), who now assumes the role of NCSEA Past President. During his presidency, Cerino provided thoughtful guidance and steady leadership, championing initiatives that advanced the profession and NCSEA’s core values. 

The 2025-2026 Board also welcomes two new Directors to its ranks: Andrea Reynolds, P.E., S.E. (SmithGroup/Structural Engineers Association of Michigan), and Chad Mitchell, P.E. (KPFF Consulting Engineers/Structural Engineers Association of Colorado). They join current Directors Michelle Ryland, S.E., RA (Klein & Hoffman, Inc./Structural Engineers Association of Illinois) and Andrew Lovenstein, P.E., S.I. (J. S. Held LLC/Florida Structural Engineers Association).

Farewell to Departing Board Members 

NCSEA extends its sincere appreciation to Ryan Kersting, S.E., FSEAOC (Buehler Engineering/ Structural Engineers Association of Central California) and Angelina V. Stasulis, P.E., S.E. (Shear Structural/ Structural Engineers Association of Georgia) for their dedicated service as members of the Board. Their leadership and commitment have helped shape and support the direction of NCSEA. 

Looking Forward 

The new Board is poised to continue NCSEA’s mission. NCSEA remains committed to fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional development across the structural engineering community.
