The National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA) is accepting nominations for its 2026–2027 Board of Directors. Two at-large seats are available, each serving a two-year term beginning April 1, 2026. Nominations will be accepted through November 25, 2025.
The NCSEA Board of Directors provides leadership and governance for the organization and serves as a key voice for the structural engineering profession. Board members help shape NCSEA’s mission-driven initiatives, strengthen engagement across the structural engineering community, and advance the organization’s commitment to supporting practicing engineers and promoting safe, resilient structures.
NCSEA encourages structural engineers to consider their colleagues and coordinate with their local Structural Engineers Association (SEA) to nominate individuals committed to supporting NCSEA’s continued success. Self-nominations are also welcome. Ideal candidates are exemplary practicing structural engineers with current or recent experience as NCSEA delegates, committee members, or chairs, along with experience in their local SEAs and/or other nonprofit boards.
Only members of one of NCSEA’s 44 Member Organizations may nominate candidates to the board. A Submittable account is required to complete the nomination form, which requests background information and supporting documents, such as a résumé. All materials must be submitted by November 25, 2025.
The nomination form is available here: https://ncsea.submittable.com/submit/340424/2026-ncsea-board-of-directors-nomination.
