The National Council of Structural Engineers Associations (NCSEA) will offer a live, five-hour CalOES Safety Assessment Program (SAP) training on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. This course, based on ATC-20/45 standards, prepares engineers, architects, and code-enforcement professionals to conduct safety assessments of structures following disasters.
Licensed design professionals and certified building officials who complete the training and submit the required documentation will be eligible for SAP Evaluator certification and credentials through the California Office of Emergency Services.
