At the 2023 NCSEA Summit, two panels provided the opportunity to submit follow-up questions to the panelists. The panelists have answered those questions, and NCSEA is happy to share these Q&A documents with our members!

The first panel was from the amazing SE3 Symposium and focused on Work From Home strategies. The panelists discussed how their firms were continuously adapting flexible work strategies. They shared the benefits and challenges of these strategies, lessons learned, and best strategies. Click here to learn more from the panelists in their Q&A responses.

The second panel was focused on mental health and structural engineering. This panel promoted a conversation aimed at normalizing discussions about mental health. Reducing the stigma associated with mental health is crucial, as architects and engineers rank 5th for suicide by career, which is double the national average.
