Cancellation Policy
Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to ncsea@ncsea.com. No telephone cancellations/refund requests will be accepted. Cancellations received on/before September 25, 2026, will be subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. From September 26 through October 23, no refund requests will be accepted, but a credit less the cancellation fee will be applied to your account for future events. No credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations from October 24 through onsite at the Summit.
Substitution Policy: Full Event registrations may not be shared by multiple individuals during the Event. Substitution of registrants may only occur if the original registrant is unable to attend. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to ncsea@ncsea.com by September 25. If the substituted individual falls into a different registration rate category, s/he will be charged the difference.
