Online Learning and Webinars

Only one person from each office location needs to register for the Live Webinar. The participants may watch the webinar (both live and recorded) either remotely or together as a group. However, to earn a certificate after the conclusion of the webinar, each attendee must login to their own account, pass the quiz, and answer the evaluation questions.

For remote viewing, we recommend arranging an internal meeting through platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, Slack, etc., enabling registrants to share their screen, as live webinars are conducted using Zoom.

For the LIVE Webinars:

• Have the purchaser set up a screen share with the group.  A number to call in for the audio will be provided at the beginning of the webinar.  Only 1 person is allowed to be signed into the purchasers account for the Live Webinars (if more people attempt to sign in they will be kicked out).
• At the conclusion of the webinar a post-event email will be sent to the purchaser containing a link to an attendance code.
• Participants (except for the purchaser) will then log into their own account in the Education Portal, search for the webinar and enter the attendance code to take the quiz.  Most of our Live webinars are available as Recordings 1 – 3 business days after they air should someone wish to watch it at a later date.

For the RECORDED Webinars:

• You can have multiple people signed into the purchaser’s account at the same time.
• After someone has watched a recorded webinar, they will use the attendance code to take the quiz

Post-event instructions will appear on the screen after the live session ends, as well as sent via email to each registrant shortly after the conclusion of the webinar. This email will also need to be shared with the other webinar attendees at your office location. The post-event instructions contain an attendance code that all participants need in order to access and complete the evaluation and pass the quiz within their own account. 

Registration will remain open until the start of the webinar. 

The confirmation email is sent to you immediately after registration has been completed. The day before and the morning of the LIVE Webinar, you will receive a reminder email, which includes the unique meeting URL. Please add our general email address to your contact list to prevent messages from being filtered in your spam/junk folder.

If you’re unable to find your reminder email, please login to your account from our website and select the specific webinar title under “Upcoming Webinars.” Since you are already registered, it will take you directly to a page with a button that says, “Join Live Web Event.” 

Yes, the reminder email will contain a PDF of the slides in two formats.

NCSEA only accepts credit card payments for live and recorded webinars.

• Click on the Purchases tab and find the item you’d like the receipt for
• Click on that item
• In the upper right-hand corner, select print or you can download a PDF

You have the option to listen to webinars using either your computer speakers or headphones. Alternatively, telephone audio is also available and can be accessed by dialing the specific telephone number provided in the reminder emails and at the beginning of each webinar.

If time runs out and your question is not answered, please contact the speaker via email. Each webinar speaker provides contact information on either the first or last slide of the presentation. Response time varies for unanswered questions, but every effort is made to respond in a timely manner.

While there is no deadline to take the quiz and receive your certificate, we encourage attendees to complete the quiz within the week after the presentation.

• In the lower left, click “Print” to print your certificate.
