The Young Member Support Committee advances NCSEA’s commitment to promoting the growth of emerging engineers into successful, professional engineers and future leaders of the structural engineering profession. All SEA members ages 35 and younger are welcome to participate in Young Member initiatives.
- Facilitating the formation, growth, and success of Structural Engineers Associations Young Member Groups (YMGs) by providing resources and tools through NCSEA support systems
- Providing engagement and recognition opportunities at local and national level for YMGs and developing young professionals
- Developing educational opportunities for soft-skill and technical development of individual young professionals in collaboration with the NCSEA Education Committee Community members
